Click on it to start downloading the updates available. Step 3: Now if any updates are pending to be downloaded and installed for your device, you will have the Download button available, as shown in the screenshot below. ![]() Step 2: On the Software update screen, click on the option named Download and install. On the Settings screen, click on the Software update option. Step 1: Click on the Settings application icon from the applications drawer to launch it. Solution 5: Update Android System Software Once the account is added back, check if your issue is resolved or not. Step 7: As next, click on the Google account sub-option as shown below. For that, on the Manage accounts screen, at the bottom, click on the Add account button. Step 6: Once the account is removed, let’s add it back. Step 5: On the screen that follows, click on the Remove account button at the bottom. Step 4: Go through the list of accounts available and then click on the Google account for which you are facing the Something Went Wrong, Try Again issue. Step 1: Launch the Settings application once again. If your issue is still not resolved, let’s try removing your Google account and adding it back. Solution 4: Delete and Re-add the Google Account Once the app data and cache are cleared, restart your device if needed and check if the issue is still present or not. Step 4: On the Storage screen, click on the Clear data button to clear the data first and then click on the Clear cache button to clear the application cache. Solution 2: Clear Google Play Services App Data and Cache Note: – If they are already in Sync, then Turn off all the ON buttons to turn off sync, wait for few seconds, and then turn them On again. Once the syncing is done, check if your issue is resolved or not. Wait till the sync operation is complete.
